Proposition 5

Libertarian Party of California Endorses a YES vote

Revises process for homebuyers who are age 55 or older or severely disabled to transfer their Prop 13 tax assessments to a new home

Proposition 6

Libertarian Party of California Endorses a YES vote

Repeals 2017's fuel tax and vehicle fee increases and requires public vote on future increases. Removes car gas taxes that are going to transit projects and not repairing roads.

Authorizes legislature to provide for permanent daylight saving time if federal government allows
