Central Committee
The Central Committee is the main body of voting members associated with the county organization. Qualifications for central committee membership are defined in the state party bylaws, and members become associated with a county organization either (by default) based on where they live or by explicitly choosing to associate with a different county. The Central Committee meets at least four times per year to deal with business in general, including one meeting per year at which elections are held for various positions within the county organization.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee includes the county party officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and the chair of each standing committee), who are elected annually by the Central Committee The Executive Committee is responsible for managing the business of the county party between meetings of the Central Committee, subject to the limitations set forth in the bylaws.
Judicial Committee
The Judicial Committee is responsible for handling appeals relating to actions of the Executive Committee, including suspensions of officers, and in general as an interpreter of the meaning of the bylaws and other governing documents. The Judicial Committee is also elected annually by the Central Committee, with the restriction that the same person may not serve on both the Executive Committee and the Judicial Committee.

Working Committees/Groups
Bylaws Committee
The bylaws committee considers and recommends proposed amendments to the party’s governing documents.
Local Committee Working Group
City/campus chairs/contacts serve to help organize party activities in local area.
Platform Committee
The platform committee / issues working group considers issues to be promoted in local party activities and recommends planks for inclusion in the county platform.
