The Libertarian Party of Santa Clara County held its annual meeting on Saturday, 23 January. Actions at this meeting included election of officers and updates to the party's bylaws.

The following county party officers were (re-)elected to serve for the coming year:

• Chair - Joe Dehn
• Vice-Chair - Mark Hinkle
• Treasurer - Steve Haug
• Activities Chair - Bob Goodwyn
• Fundraising Chair - Mary Gingell
• Membership Chair - Chris Le
• Newsletter Chair - Kennita Watson

Elected to serve as the  Judicial Committee were:

• Brian Holtz
• John Inks
• Bill White

In other business, the committee approved amendments to the party bylaws and meeting rules to clarify procedures for calling and running online meetings, and endorsed the effort to recall Governor Gavin Newsom.
